I am starting my fitness blog/fitblr to motivate myself and others in body positive ways. I battled anorexia in my past and continue to fight disordered thoughts. This will become my healthy journal of fitspo, workouts, and positive help! This is not my main blog so I can not follow back on this...but, I am probably following you back! Every time you are at the gym remember to "Rock this shit!"
I find this helpful for challenging obsessive/anxious/self-punishing thoughts about exercise — recognizing that I’m not a machine, that I’m exercising in order to improve my overall health, and that physical health isn’t the only important thing in life.
I wish I could put a trigger warning at the top of this, but in lieu of that please let me know if you want me to add tags that you can block.
